Simple & Basic

In today’s world these are two words you do not want to be used to describe you. In my opinion they are the best. Why are we complicating everything so much? It needs to be easier with less steps and fluffy language. When you are trying to change your physical health basics and simplicity are key. If you have to solve a division problem every time you decide to eat something you are probably not going to continue that way for the rest of your life on this earth. You will fall off and go back to the SEE-FOOD diet (aka see it and eat it). If you are trying to change your habits, whatever they may be, start with one thing and make the change SIMPLE. Try that and see what happens. No one says its going to be perfect but it will most likely be something you can accomplish for a long period of time.
